Well folks... we hate to say it, but it appears that Volume Seven contains a fairly significant error. Page 24 should contain a piece called "Emphasis Added" by Robert Adams. And, while the title is correct the copy is not. We are incredibly apologetic to Robert for this error, and would like to draw your attention to what page 24 should look like.
What is Aqueous Magazine?
Aqueous Magazine is a literary and visual arts magazine for the Lake Superior region. The publication is released quarterly on the solstices and equinoxes throughout the year. Artists and writers are invited to submit their work which is then selected by the four members of our volunteer editorial staff for publication. The 32-page magazine consists of 30 grey scale pages with the exterior cover in color. It is distributed for free throughout the region as well as mailed to subscribers for a fee.
There is no other publication in the area open to all individuals and dedicated specifically to publishing the work of regional artists and writers. Aqueous Magazine provides artists with a censorship-free opportunity to publish their work beside their regional peers. Readers benefit by having access to a high-quality literary and visual arts publication that showcases regional artists.
Accessibility to the arts is a vital component and stimulus for raising arts awareness and creating and maintaining healthy, culturally enriched individuals. Aqueous Magazine is a valuable resource that combines and connects the talent and communities in the Lake Superior Region.
